Description

Milestone comics was and still is my favorite comic book company back in the early 90's. Here are some animated style concepts that I made a few years ago of some of their characters. Some of you may know static from his cartoon static shock. He's a mix of the cartoon and the comic version. This is my favorite comic character and hes not even one of the big 2's heroes.
